Our system is set up to offer you these shipping options as you complete checkout:
US Domestic - USPS Priority Mail 2-3day or UPS
Canada - Global Express (EMS)
Overseas - Global Express (EMS)
Local Pick-up or Drop-off (no charge)

Domestic customers: Shipping fee starting as low as $15.00. USPS is our default shipping service. If you prefer UPS, just select standard shipping and indicate that UPS is your preference in the comments box as you complete your order. You will not be charged additional fees.

International customers: we will only use Global Express Mail (EMS) for international orders - $40. This is usually a 3-5 day service. We offer a separate rate for shipments to Canada.
All international customers are responsible for their country's import duties.

Returns

Unless special circumstances exist, only unopened and unused items are permitted for returns. We will not accept returns 30 days after shipment. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There are no refunds for shipping charges. Contact us to initiate a return.
